Troubleshooting for breakdown maintenance activity from initialization to actualization in a minimum

possible time frame

Continuous observation and monitoring of the equipment through sensory attributes of:

a. Feel/touch/Lubrication schedules

b. Observe and watch

c. Olfactory senses

Documentation of the same for any observation/ discrepancy, for subsequent course corrective action.

To coordinate the preventive maintenance program in liaison with technical associate for:

a. Checking and condition monitoring of equipment as per the daily/weekly/monthly schedule,

with compliance to corporate EHS guidelines and as specified by OEM/GEP

b. To plan for off-season, Sunday works

c. To collaborate with the operation team to carry out preventive maintenance activities

Ensuring planning and enlisting of all subassemblies/spares for the equipment installed.

Responsible for carrying out Sunday maintenance activity by, appropriate planning based on feedback

from weekly observations and preventive check lists ensuring:

a. Material and sub-assembly requirement

b. Machining works need to be done outside to facilitate any modification/alteration
