Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Officer to support our leadership team in managing technical assignments, operational coordination, and strategic business initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership of diverse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Execute and coordinate technical tasks such as website setup, system support, and IT-related activities. Support hiring and recruitment processes including job postings, candidate coordination, and documentation. Compile, analyze, and summarize reports, business proposals, and documents for management review. Plan and facilitate scheduled and non-scheduled meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups. Review and assess potential business ideas and proposals, providing concise summaries and insights. Manage project trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines. Collaborate across teams for vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance support. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./M.Sc. in chemisty, physics, mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical, materials is preferred. 1–3 years of professional experience in technical coordination, operations, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply). Excellent communication and documentation skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment and work independently. Exposure to business analysis, vendor management, or proposal review is a plus.
