Technical Office Manager

As an experienced Mechanical Engineer in DANIELI Centro Combustion India Pvt. Ltd., your role involves overseeing a team of draftsmen and ensuring the efficient design of heating and heat treatment systems. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Guide and oversee a dedicated team of draftsmen in preparing study drawings for detailed design. - Support draftsmen in their development tasks and coordinate their workloads efficiently. - Develop optimized plant layouts aligning with customer requirements and operational efficiency. - Ensure cost-effective and technically sound design of mechanical and thermal components. - Perform strength calculations and pressure loss analysis for materials in gas, air, and flue gas ducts. - Select appropriate heat-resistant materials, fans, pumps, burners, gearboxes, and control valves for furnace components. - Review and validate vendor calculations, prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and support installation and commissioning phases. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. - Educational background in B. Tech/B.E. / M. Sc. / M.E. / M. Tech from a reputed university. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel. - Strong technical acumen in mechanical and thermal design. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
