Technical Manager / Sr. Technical Lead – Interior Design (Architecture) 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager / Sr. Technical Lead with strong architectural and interior design expertise to drive technical excellence and lead project delivery across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in managing teams, maintaining high design standards, and ensuring smooth technical operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the Technical Team in preparing schematic, detailed, and construction drawings (SD, DD, IFC) for villas, high-rise residential, commercial, and amenity projects. Ensure compliance with company standards, technical procedures, documentation, and BIM protocols. Manage and mentor Project Leads, BIM Architects, and Engineers, ensuring quality and timely project delivery. Assign and monitor projects, review working drawings, and provide technical guidance for approvals. Maintain project documentation, BIM 360 filing systems, and ensure accurate server configurations. Provide inputs for cost-effective construction methodologies and design details. Coordinate interior design (ID) drawings with MEP, façade, and structural teams to ensure flawless execution. Mentor the team on ID materials, construction methodologies, and BIM-driven detailing. Conduct drawing reviews, provide expert guidance, and ensure IFC accuracy before release. Collaborate with Head Office teams to resolve design issues and drive consistency. Evaluate team performance quarterly and ensure high productivity. Prepare reports and updates for the Head of Department (HOD). Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Arch & M.Arch in Architecture. Experience: 10–15 years in architecture and interior design technical leadership. Software Proficiency: Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. In-depth knowledge of BIM technology, construction detailing, and ID trade coordination. Why Join Us?
