Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead our paints team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in the paints and coatings industry, with a strong background in technical leadership, project management, and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead technical teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in technical leadership roles within the paints and coatings industry.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team-building and leadership abilities.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
