Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager with expertise in home automation, lighting automation, and networking technologies (Lutron, Crestron, KNX, etc.). If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and delivering premium smart living experiences, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design & Solutioning: Develop and implement customized automation solutions using Lutron, Crestron, KNX, and other technologies. 🔹 Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless integration of smart home systems. 🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support, diagnose issues, and ensure smooth functionality of automation systems. 🔹 Site Visits & Fieldwork: Conduct on-site assessments, installations, and system optimizations. 🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to deliver high-end automation solutions. 🔹 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation, including wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and project reports. 🔹 Training & Development: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring continuous learning and skill development. 🔹 Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in home automation and smart technology. Preferred Qualifications: Have experience in designing and solutioning automation systems 3-4 years of experience Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills Be open to site visits and fieldwork Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus!
