Technical Manager

We are looking for dynamic Technical Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams to build, scale and maintain cutting edge fintech products. The role demands a blend of technical depth, product focus and people leadership Job Description Strong proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Angular, Cloud, API, micro services, Postgre or Oracle DB Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization Roles & Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps professionals Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines Lead & influence outcomes on project execution with customers and internal stakeholders Design scalable and maintainable system architectures and contribute to high-level software development decisions Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations and 1:1 meeting with team members Manage technical risks and ensure the timely resolution of issues and blockers Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in the company Ensure technical documentation and operational support are in place
