Job Overview : We are looking for a Technical Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall Maintenance operations of a condominium in Gurgaon, Haryana. The Manager will lead a team of technicians to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all the plant and equipment within the condominium. The Technical Manager will lead a team to ensure the high standards of seamless Delivery. The role majorly includes but not limited to following. Responsibilities Lead a team of technicians to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of all the plant and equipment within the condominium. Overall responsible for all the technical equipment/systems. PPM, Renewal of NOC's, Compliances, Liasoning with govt department as required. Ensure operation and maintenance of all equipment & systems in accordance with OEM / promulgated guidelines/industry practices. Keep a regular check on health and running hours of the equipment. Ensure that all equipment and systems are kept in fully operational state all the times. Defect / deficiencies are to be reported to the Estate Manager immediately with action plan. Optimally utilize supervisory and technical staff available at site. Ensure that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) are understood by all the team members and strictly being followed. Provide regular reports to the estate manager on maintenance activities, budget performance, and other relevant information. Liaise with Govt. authorities for statutory compliances / NOCs and ensure issuance before expiry. Implement issuance of work permits in technical area to ensure safety of men and material at site. Ensure optimal loading of DGs by selecting the correct combination of DGs as per required loads deriving fuel efficiency. Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Estate Manager/ Cluster Technical Head. Required Skillset : Bachelor's degree i.e., B Tech (EE/ME/ECE) in Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of Operational and Maintenance experience of a site. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
