Technical Lead

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of full stack web applications using 

  Node.js

   (backend) and 

  React.js

   (frontend).
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Architect and build robust front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage deployment on cloud platforms such as

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Manage

  Docker

  containers,

  Kubernetes

  clusters, and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using

  Terraform

  or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production systems using

  CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana

  .
• Guide team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in software design and development processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Programming:

  JavaScript (Node.js, React.js)

• Backend:

  Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks

• Frontend:

  React.js with Redux, TypeScript

• Database:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

• DevOps Tools:

  Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible

• Cloud Platforms:

  AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Azure, or GCP

• Version Control:

  Git / GitHub / GitLab

• Monitoring:

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

• Other:

  REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices architecture

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–9 years of experience in full-stack development and cloud deployment.

• Proven experience in leading teams and owning technical delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with

  serverless architecture

  (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions).
• Exposure to

  Agile methodologies

  and sprint-based delivery.
• Familiarity with

  security practices

  in DevOps and development (OAuth, JWT, SSL, etc.).
• Certifications in

  AWS / Azure / Kubernetes

  are a plus.
