Technical Lead (with Full Stack and DevOps expertise)

Katomaran Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (with Full Stack and DevOps expertise)with strong experience in front-end, back-end, DevOps. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application development — from architecture design to deployment — ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between server-side and client-side logic, managing cloud infrastructure, and contributing to Android app development.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of full stack web applications using 

  Node.js

   (backend) and 

  React.js

   (frontend).
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
• Design and implement RESTful and WebSocket-based APIs for web and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain 

  CI/CD pipelines

   for web and Android applications using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Manage 

  Docker/Kubernetes

   containers and deployments on 

  AWS/Azure

  .
• Work with databases such as 

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

  .
• Ensure end-to-end security, performance optimization, and reliable cloud deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 8–9 years of hands-on experience

   in full stack development with DevOps and Android exposure.
• Strong expertise in 

  Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js

  , and modern web frameworks.
• Proven Android development experience using 

  Java or Kotlin

• Deep understanding of 

  AWS/Azure

  Docker

  , 

  Kubernetes

  , and 

  CI/CD automation

• Experience designing and deploying 

  microservices

   architectures.
• Proficiency with 

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

   such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of
