Technical Lead

Technical Lead with 8+ Yrs of experience

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.

• Technical Leadership & Execution

• Architect scalable, maintainable systems aligned with business goals. Lead by example through hands-on development.

• Project Management

• Define project timelines, create detailed work plans, assign tasks, and ensure deliverables are met on time.

• Development & Integration

• Write clean, scalable code in

  Node.js, Python, or Java

  . Where applicable, leverage no-code/low-code platforms to prototype or deliver MVPs faster.

• Documentation

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including design specs, system architecture, and implementation guides.

• Code Reviews & Best Practices

• Promote engineering excellence through thorough code reviews, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• Tech Debt Management

• Identify and manage technical debt proactively while balancing short-term delivery goals and long-term architecture health.

• Research & Innovation

• Explore emerging technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and build PoCs to support product innovation and rapid iteration.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
2. Proficiency in

   Node.js or Python, or Java

3. Experience integrating or working alongside

   no-code/low-code platforms

   (e.g., Bubble, Webflow, flutter flow is a bonus.
4. Strong leadership and team-building abilities
5. Proven success in

   client-facing

   roles and stakeholder engagement
6. Experience in early-stage or startup environments is highly desirable
7. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile practices, and scalable system design
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
