Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core) to drive end-to-end technical success for client projects.

This role combines solution architecture, enterprise system design, and team leadership. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, defining architectures, and guiding engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade applications using .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC).
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring best practices in .NET development.
• Oversee project execution across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Conduct system design sessions, code reviews, and architecture reviews to maintain technical excellence.
• Balance hands-on coding responsibilities with high-level architectural decision-making.
• Stay updated with advancements in the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET 6/7+, Azure) and emerging system design practices.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in .NET development (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC).
• Strong background in system design, solution architecture, and infrastructure planning (preferably on AWS).
• Experience leading and managing technical teams, including mentoring engineers.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL Server), caching strategies, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with authentication, authorization, enterprise security, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and scalable deployment models.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and clients effectively.
• Nice to have familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design (DDD).
