Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at Bizarc Ventures Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of 6 developers across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, monitoring, and delivering software development projects on time, creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, and implementation guides. You will be expected to develop project timelines, manage sprints, track deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and business. Identifying project risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies, overseeing code reviews, testing, and ensuring overall quality assurance are also key aspects of your role. Additionally, conducting regular status meetings, sprint retrospectives, and managing scope changes while aligning with business goals will be part of your day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 developers across multiple projects - Plan, monitor, and deliver software development projects on time - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and implementation guides - Develop project timelines, manage sprints, and track deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and business - Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies - Oversee code reviews, testing, and overall quality assurance - Conduct regular status meetings and sprint retrospectives - Manage scope changes while ensuring alignment with business goals Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience leading software development teams (5+ developers) - Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) - Effective communicator with excellent documentation and reporting skills - Solid understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js preferred) - Prior experience in delivery management and stakeholder coordination - Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced tech environments - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git) Joining Bizarc Ventures will provide you with the opportunity to work in a founder-driven, innovation-first environment.
