Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, your role will involve guiding teams on multiple end-to-end web and mobile application projects. You will be expected to actively contribute to the projects while also providing technical guidance to team members. Your responsibilities will include participation in the Requirements Gathering process, providing effort estimates, and assisting in tool and language selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering technical leadership and mentoring to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Guide teams on multiple end-to-end web and mobile application projects - Participate in Requirements Gathering process and provide effort estimates - Assist in tool and language selection - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development with at least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead - Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as PHP, Java, and JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS) - Strong belief in delivering high-quality solutions and knowledge of techniques like Unit Testing and Automation - Solid understanding of HTTP and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases - Experience working with cloud services, preferably AWS - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and peers,
