Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of MAHIRs tech roadmap , from architecture to execution.
Work closely with the founder to translate the companys vision into scalable digital products (website, dashboards, app).
Lead and mentor a small team of developers and designers.
Collaborate with outsourced vendors to ensure smooth handovers and code ownership.
Architect, design, and build secure and efficient backend systems.
Ensure product stability, testing, and continuous deployment pipelines.
Plan for scalability and innovation, laying the foundation for AI, personalization, and data-driven experiences.
Manage documentation, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for the company.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of full-stack development experience (React + Node.js preferred).
Prior experience in a startup or product-building environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities evolve.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A self-starter who can balance big-picture thinking with execution discipline.
