Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces for MAHIRs digital platforms.
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Convert Figma/Design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect front-end code.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in React.js and modern frontend development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and deployment workflows.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design.
Experience in financial/fintech or startup environments is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio / GitHub projects demonstrating previous frontend work is highly desirable.
