COBOL-L3 (Mandatory) DB2 - Z/OS Application Programming-L3 (Mandatory) JCL - Job Control Language-L3 (Mandatory) VSAM (Mandatory) CICS (Optional) Knowledge of IBM IDz, Z/OS connect, and automation would be an added advantage but not mandatory. As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) Serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. Responsible for the functional/technical track of a project. Agile mindset and methodologies e.g., Scrum / Kanban / TDD Excellent written and oral communication skills. ͏ Deliver No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance Mandatory Skills: Application Modernization - Mainframe.
