Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to telecom IT operations and business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and telecom domain experts to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom-specific integrations.
Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with OSS/BSS systems.
Ensure compliance with telecom security, regulatory, and operational standards within ServiceNow implementations.
Guide and mentor development teams on coding best practices, performance tuning, and platform optimization.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery, including customization, migration, upgrades, and release management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with telecom service assurance, provisioning, and incident management processes.
Conduct code reviews, enforce governance, and maintain documentation for ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
Act as the technical point of contact for ServiceNow-related issues, escalations, and solutioning in the telecom domain.
