Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (EPM) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPM systems and technical leadership, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of EPM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain documentation of EPM systems, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues related to EPM systems, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve EPM systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of EPM systems, including design, development, and implementation.
Excellent technical leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience working with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse groups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
