Technical Lead

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead - Java React at CitiusTech, you will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements, generating solutions, and providing technical leadership during software development. Your responsibilities will include researching, developing, debugging, and testing applications, leading a team of 5-6 members, and ensuring bug-free releases align with industry best practices. You will also be responsible for developing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts, troubleshooting interface software, and implementing front-end and back-end architecture to support user interface concepts. Additionally, you will collaborate across disciplines, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and generate solutions - Research, construct, develop, debug, and test applications - Provide technical leadership during software development - Lead a team of 5-6 members - Develop highly responsive user interface components using React concepts - Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes - Implement front-end and back-end architecture - Monitor and improve front-end and back-end performance - Document application changes and develop updates - Enable performance tuning in applications - Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Identify improvement areas and provide solutions - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable - Mandatory Technical Skills: - Backend: Java 7/8/11, JUnit, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Service API, Microservices - Frontend: ReactJS, React Hooks, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jest unit testing framework - DB: PL/SQL, Oracle 11g - OS: Windows, Linux - Good to Have Skills: - Exposure to Jira, Git, Jenkins, NPM, Yarn, Node.js - Docker/Containerization - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, Enterprise architecture patterns - Experience: 5-7 years - Location: Chennai At CitiusTech, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and work-life balance.
