Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications.
Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID server, APIs, and third-party tools.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
Lead upgrade and patch management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of platform issues.
Contribute to platform roadmap, innovation, and process automation opportunities.
