Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID server, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Lead upgrade and patch management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
  • Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of platform issues.
  • Contribute to platform roadmap, innovation, and process automation opportunities.
