About the Role:

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers across multiple projects.
Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using
Laravel
,
NestJS
,
Node.js
, and
React
.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clean and scalable code.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
Oversee code reviews, architecture discussions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Work with both
relational
(MySQL) and
non-relational
(MongoDB) databases.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
9 years
of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong expertise in
PHP
and modern frameworks like
Laravel
.
Proficient in
Node.js
,
NestJS
, and
TypeScript
.
Solid understanding of
React.js
and frontend architecture.
Strong experience working with
MySQL
and
MongoDB
.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable system design.
Experience with version control systems like
Git
.
Ability to lead a team, manage code quality, and deliver on deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
