Technical Instructor

You will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, customizing content for learners at different proficiency levels. Demonstrating proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies, you will provide hands-on support to trainees. Additionally, your problem-solving skills will aid trainees in overcoming coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a comprehensive understanding of full-stack concepts. You will assess trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance for their improvement. Keeping abreast of industry trends, you will continuously enhance training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Collaboration with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers will be essential in enhancing the overall training program. Maintaining detailed records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback is vital for reporting and continuous improvement. You will serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees" queries and offering guidance on complex development topics. Qualifications required for this role include being a B.E/ME/MTech student in CSE, IT, or allied branches, M.Sc. (IT), or MCA, along with a minimum of 2 years of technical teaching experience. A willingness to travel and a strong passion for teaching are also essential. The work location can be remote or on-site based on organizational requirements. The work schedule should be flexible to accommodate training sessions during evenings and weekends, with a willingness to travel across India. Ideal candidates should possess a solid academic background with extensive experience in technical content development or curriculum design. Proficiency in C++ or Java, along with a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, is required. Exposure to full-stack development, client-facing roles, or solutioning would be advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, while a qualification like ME/M.Tech would be beneficial to showcase strong technical foundations. Skills required for this role include proficiency in API, Node.js, AWS, Java, full-stack development, Data Structures and Algorithms, JavaScript, SDET, CSS, C++, HTML, databases, React, APIs, Angular, and more.,
