In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee capabilities, boosting organizational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Training Design and Development: Create, update, and deliver engaging technical training content and programs tailored to organizational requirements. - Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and informative in-person and virtual training sessions using various methods for employees across diverse technical domains. - Update Training Materials: Regularly review and enhance training content to align with new processes, tools, or business objectives. - Maintain Records: Monitor training program attendance, progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. - Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 6 years of IT industry experience. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in an SDE or similar role within a product-based company or startup. - Preferably 6 months of technical training experience. Technology Stack: Proficiency in Java Full Stack or .NET Full Stack development, with expertise in Angular or React frameworks. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous. Skills and Competencies: - Proficient in software engineering with familiarity in industry-standard tools. - Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and design principles. - Experience working in an agile environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.,
