Technical HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across various departments.
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical skills to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
• Extend offers, negotiate salary, and support onboarding activities.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g., Ceipal, Job Diva, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver quality candidates under tight timelines.
• Experience working in both agency and corporate recruitment environments is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.
