Job Description

Technical Support:

Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to internal teams, clients, or end-users.

Troubleshooting:

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and procedures in knowledge databases or documentation systems.

System Monitoring:

Monitor the performance, availability, and security of systems and networks.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

User Training:

Provide training and guidance to users on technical tools, software, or applications.
Create user manuals or guides to facilitate understanding and efficient usage.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for technical support, repairs, or installations.

Data Backup and Recovery:
