Technical Executive

Graduate/Post-Graduate in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, or M.Tech.

Role Description

As a Technical Executive, you will play a key role in managing technical and regulatory compliance projects. This includes coordinating with clients, interpreting national and international standards, and supporting certification procedures, audits, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects related to BIS certification and compliance from planning to execution.
• Communicate with clients to understand product specifications and provide tailored compliance solutions.
• Interpret and implement national and international product and management system standards (e.g., BIS, ISO).
• Prepare and review technical documentation, test reports, and certification applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Stay current with BIS guidelines and regulatory updates.
• Support during audits, inspections, and certification visits.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend technical improvements.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation completeness.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, or M.Tech.
• Strong understanding or willingness to learn national and international standards for product and system certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exposure to technical consultancy or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
