Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team at PMC Rubber Chemicals India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data and results to optimize product quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance existing products and processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the rubber industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with chatbot technology and its applications is an added advantage.
