Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound individual to join our team as a Technical Desktop Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical queries related to the company’s projects, assisting clients with platform registration, managing user accounts, and overseeing domain-related activities such as procurement, renewal, and white labeling.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve client technical queries related to company projects and platforms.
Guide clients through the registration process on various platforms as needed.
Troubleshoot client-side issues related to connectivity, system configuration, and access.
Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, roles, and access controls.
Act as the first line of support for client communications regarding technical challenges.
Handle purchasing, renewal, and management of domain names.
Assist in setting up white-labeled domain solutions for clients, ensuring proper DNS configuration and branding.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation for support issues, domain details, and user accounts.
Ensure smooth client onboarding from a technical perspective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or a related role.
Proficient in using computer systems, networking basics, and internet technologies.
Familiarity with domain management (buying, renewing, DNS configuration, etc.).
Understanding of white labeling concepts and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
Knowledge of SaaS platforms and client onboarding processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
