Technical Delivery Manager

Were seeking an experienced Technical Delivery manager to join Digital team at SBI Funds Management Ltd to driving the success in software development delivery and management.

The candidate has a strong technical background with hands on experience in managing multiple projects and ability to work with cross-functional teams such as product manager, technical manager teams to drive projects from initiation to completion. Candidate will have to manage end-to-end project lifecycles by ensure right technical architecture, feasibility checking, timelines management and risks management.

Objectives of this role

• Ensuring successful delivery of software projects through leadership, planning, execution from initiation to completion.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify and address the risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success and quality assurance.
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implementing and enforcing agile methodologies, Scrum, or other project management procedures for efficient workflow.
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Ensure to follow the proper SDLC with proper documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices in India and internationally.
• Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
• Proper optimize resources utilization and reporting.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required skills set

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience with project management, software development, IT project delivery, or technical leadership.
• Hands on experience in managing multiple projects team and related technical leadership.
• Hands on experience in natively to develop software application on cloud platforms.
• Hands on experience in managing and addressing the OWASP related implementations.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), databases, system architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in web portal and app development programming languages Angular, React Native, Flutter along with database such as SQL, Oracle database
• Proficient in Cloud based native development and delivery management.
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile.
• Experience managing AI, IoT, blockchain, or big data projects.
