Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Department: IT / Customer Support

Reports To: Technical Support Manager / IT Head

Salary Up to 31K CTC + Up to 8k Incentives

Rounds HR & Ops

5 Days Working, Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Both Side Cabs in Hiring Zone

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive to assist customers with our smart home security and automation products. In this role, you will be the front line of support, ensuring our customers get quick, helpful resolutions to technical issues related to their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous, and prompt technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Troubleshoot issues with smart home devices including security panels, cameras, sensors, doorbells, thermostats, and mobile app connectivity.
  • Guide customers through setup, diagnostics, and resolution processes.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support or engineering teams.
  • Document support interactions clearly in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Educate customers on best practices and self-help resources to maximize their system performance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on products, updates, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical/customer support, preferably in IoT, smart home, or telecom.
  • Strong understanding of mobile apps, Wi-Fi, network troubleshooting, and smart home devices.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting IoT or smart home products.
  • Familiarity with system or similar platforms (ADT, Ring, Nest, etc.).
  • Knowledge of iOS/Android, home networking, and basic electronics.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/French) are a plus.
