Technical Customer Support Executive

As a Technical Customer Support Executive / Admin Support with Excel Skills, your role will involve managing voice process (calls), email support, Zoom client assistance, and basic software troubleshooting. If you are a professional with strong Excel and coordination skills, you will also be trained in client servicing and technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle client queries via phone, email, and Zoom effectively. - Utilize Excel for preparing and maintaining reports accurately. - Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on product features. - Coordinate with internal teams for task follow-ups and updates. - Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team promptly. - Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems for efficient workflow. **Qualifications Required:** - Freshers, admin staff, or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in BPO voice process, call center, technical support, ERP support, office administration, or customer service. - Proficiency in Excel including formulas, data management, and reporting. - Good communication skills in English & Hindi. - Logical thinking, problem-solving attitude, and ability to multitask effectively. - Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools or ChatGPT is a plus.
