You will be joining Attentive.ai, a fast-growing vertical SaaS start-up that focuses on providing innovative software solutions for the landscape, paving, and construction industries in the United States. Your role as a Customer Success member will involve bridging communication between customers and the estimating team, driving adoption and success, and leveraging your technical knowledge to enhance customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and optimize customer onboarding for efficiency and scalability. - Drive product adoption and usage to ensure customers realize full value. - Manage key accounts, strengthen relationships, and address churn risks while driving renewals. - Represent Attentive.ai on customer calls, clarify technical queries, and communicate requirements to the estimating team. - Track and analyze customer success metrics to improve outcomes and identify upsell opportunities. - Foster customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Construction, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience in construction estimating. - 3+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or client-facing roles, particularly for US/Canada customers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships. - Passion for customer success, delivering value, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to meet deadlines, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and work in an evening shift aligned with US business hours. - Confidence in representing the company on customer calls and explaining technical details clearly.
