About Us:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and educational content for our users. The ideal candidate will develop knowledge base articles, guides, and other product documentation to help users understand product features and workflows easily.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Content Writing

• Develop step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles for users.
• Write clear documentation that explains product UI flows and features.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.

2. Knowledge Base & Documentation

• Build and maintain a help center/knowledge base for users.
• Create onboarding documentation to assist users in understanding product workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy.

3. Content Review & Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical details.
• Review existing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Assist in developing templates and standards for technical documentation.

Requirements:
✅ Junior to Mid-level experience in technical writing or SaaS documentation✅ Strong English skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content✅ Ability to understand product UI flows and workflows✅ Familiarity with knowledge base/article creation✅ Good coordination and communication skills✅ Experience in SaaS products, tech platforms, or digital solutions is a plus✅ Bonus: Basic understanding of visual aids (screenshots, diagrams, or video tutorials)
