Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and accurate content for technical topics. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple language for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality technical content such as blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation
• Convert technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for non-technical users
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to gather technical information
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords
• Create user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and how-to articles
• Update existing content based on product or technology changes
• Maintain content quality and follow brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer
• Strong command of written English
• Ability to understand technical topics such as software, IT, digital tools, or programming basics
• Experience with SEO writing and keyword research
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Good research and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of software development, APIs, or SaaS products
• Experience writing technical documentation or manuals
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or digital marketing
• Experience with tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, or WordPress
