Job Description:

• Creation of Product Documentation Material like User Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Installation Guide and other guides.
• Creation of Product item Workflows, Diagrams and Charts.
• Creation of How To’s and Knowledge Based Articles for Support.
• Creation of content for Company News and Testimonials.
• Create content for various Product Presentation before launch.
• Should have knowledge of Adobe RoboHelp to create Product web help and html help for all new/existing products of company.
• Creation of Training course and tests material.
• Prepare Functional Documentation for Class Approval of Products.
• Create and update Company Website Content.
• Create content for Marketing Material for Products which include Brochure, Flier, Video, etc.
• Creation What’s New in this Release document during launch on Product version release.
• Record Product Computer Based Training Videos in Adobe Captivate.

Skills Required:

• Advance Knowledge of MS Word.
• Advance Knowledge of Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp
• Willing to work with content in multiple mediums.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
• A passion for technology and an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream (Preferred UG/PG in English)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate must be from Chandigarh Tricity or nearby location.
