About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with a strong background in IT services and technology-based writing. The ideal candidate will create high-quality, SEO-optimized, and insightful content for global audiences, particularly for the US, UK, Australia, Dubai, and Canada markets.You will be responsible for writing engaging blogs, guest posts, case studies, and web content that reflect deep technical understanding while being clear and impactful for business audiences.Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy

  • Develop compelling and technically accurate content for blogs, websites, whitepapers, eBooks, and landing pages.
  • Write SEO-driven guest posts for high-authority platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create technical marketing content around cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, IT infrastructure, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
  • Simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical readers.

SEO and Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, and Google Search Console.
  • Implement best practices in on-page SEO, readability, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Optimize meta descriptions, headings, and call-to-actions for higher engagement.

Market-Specific Writing

  • Tailor tone and messaging for audiences in the US, UK, Australia, Dubai, and Canada.
  • Research local industry trends, compliance standards, and business expectations to create region-specific content.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital marketing, SEO, and design teams to align content with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Support link-building and digital PR efforts through well-researched guest posts and outreach content.
  • Contribute to the monthly content calendar and brainstorm new content ideas aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience writing for an IT services, software development, or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services.
  • Excellent command over grammar, tone, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Experience writing for international B2B & B2C markets (US, UK, Australia, Dubai, Canada).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn B2B & B2C marketing and content outreach.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of content formatting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
