Technology Consultants are responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure including web applications, layered software, hardware platform and operating systems. The Technology Consultant regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of clients technical environment.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, SP 2013, SP 2010, Workflow designer, InfoPath forms, Nintex, SharePoint migration, and hands-on experience or deep understanding of Generative AI within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Syntex, etc.).

    This role requires a mix of solution development, architecture, business process automation, migration, and implementation of modern AI solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and data insights.



    Key Responsibilities:

    Power Platform:
    Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
    Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows).
    Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party services.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into low-code/no-code solutions.

    SharePoint Migration:
    Lead or support migration projects from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate , Metalogix, SPMT or PowerShell scripts.
    Perform pre-migration analysis, planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
    Develop migration strategies and best practices to ensure smooth and efficient content transitions.
    Customize SharePoint sites using SPFx, Power Platform, and modern site architecture.

    Generative AI (Microsoft-Focused):
    Explore and implement AI-driven use cases using Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Copilot in Microsoft 365, Syntex, Viva, etc.
    Develop or integrate intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents and Azure AI services.
    Collaborate with data science and innovation teams to implement generative AI solutions into business workflows.
    Stay updated with Microsoft s latest AI offerings and provide advisory to clients or internal teams.



    Required Skills Experience:
    1-10 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online On-Premises) and migration tools.
    Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (optional), and other Microsoft 365 services.
    Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure services related to AI - Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, LLMs.
    Knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and scripting (PowerShell, JSON, etc.).
    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.



    Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
    Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-600, MS-700, AI-102, etc.)
    Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
    Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within M365.
    Exposure to Copilot integrations in Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
    Experience building proof of concepts or pilot AI projects for enterprise use cases.
  • Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. From the requirements, able to develop a high level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package
  • Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery
