Job Summary:

Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  
• Design and implement scalable and efficient systems, applications, and integrations.
  
• Provide technical expertise during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  
• Customize and configure enterprise applications or platforms based on client needs.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.
  
• Work closely with project managers and business analysts to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
  
• Provide technical training and support to end users and internal teams.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical consulting or solution architect role.
  
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript).
  
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, web services, and integrations.
  
• Proficiency in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise technologies.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
