Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion Cloud Extensions Developer
for designing, developing, and deploying custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
This role ensures that business requirements are met through secure, scalable, and Oracle-compliant solutions that extend standard Fusion functionality without compromising system integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Application Development Framework (ADF), VBCS, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), along with a solid understanding of Fusion architecture and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions, web applications, and components for Oracle Fusion Cloud using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS).
Develop and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party or on-premises systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Customize and extend Oracle Fusion functionality through UI modifications, business rules, and workflow extensions while adhering to Oracle Cloud best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and extension solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, data flow diagrams, and deployment procedures.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of custom components into non-production and production environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot extension performance, integration issues, and system errors.

Required Skills & Experience:

Overall 8+ years of experience; 5+ years of experience developing extensions and integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VBCS) and BI Publisher.
Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, Java, JavaScript, and SQL/PLSQL.
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including data models, security, and deployment methodologies.
Experience with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADF (Application Development Framework).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Certified Professional or Oracle Cloud Developer Certification.
Experience working across multiple Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance and SCM

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
