Technical Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that research goals are translated into technical deliverables that meet client expectations and market research standards. You will also collaborate with research and project managers to incorporate stakeholder feedback into deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients - Guiding and mentoring a multidisciplinary team in delivering data processing and reporting solutions - Leading sprint planning, resource allocation, and task optimization - Architecting automation and data products to enhance efficiency and data integrity - Conceptualizing and building modular backend components using Python, APIs, and microservices - Integrating LLM-based tools and AI models to improve analytics and decision support - Delivering internal training and documentation to promote automation within the team To excel in this role, you must have: Must-Have: - 7-10 years of experience in Market Research tech stack - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering client projects - Deep understanding of Forsta Surveys, Qualtrics, SPSS, and data platforms - Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, R, React, and VBA - Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools Good to Have: - Experience with integrating APIs and developing full-stack applications - Exposure to LLM-based apps such as GPT integration - Understanding of DevOps practices, Git-based version control, and microservice architecture - Awareness of PMP or Scrum frameworks This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive innovation within the team.
