- Developing and validating comprehensive solutions for electrical, mechanical, and civil infrastructure.- Creating conceptual designs, single-line diagrams, and preliminary layouts to support bidding activities.- Evaluating optimal configurations for power distribution, cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems.- Conducting technical feasibility assessments and risk analysis for proposed solutions.- Developing technical specifications aligned with client requirements and industry standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and ASHRAE.In Proposal & Bid Support, the focus is on:- Collaborating with bidding teams to prepare technically accurate and competitive proposals.- Reviewing and validating Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for completeness and accuracy.- Contributing to pricing strategies by providing technical cost estimates and value engineering alternatives.- Preparing technical sections of RFP/RFQ responses, including methodology, equipment specifications, and compliance matrices.- Supporting technical presentations and client clarification meetings during the bid process.For Technical Documentation & Review, tasks include:- Reviewing and validating technical documents, drawings, and specifications from vendors and subcontractors.- Developing technical submittal packages, including design basis documents, equipment datasheets, and layout drawings.- Ensuring compliance with local codes, international standards, and client-specific requirements.- Creating and maintaining technical libraries, templates, and reference documents for recurring bid activities.In Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination, responsibilities encompass:- Coordinating with OEM vendors to obtain technical specifications, pricing, and delivery information.- Facilitating technical clarifications between vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
