The Role: Technical Co-founder (Equity-First)

What You’ll Do:

• Build the core platform from MVP to scale — architecture, backend, frontend, and AI integration.
• Lead AI/ML innovation: Personalized coaching, health verification, and scalable ML pipelines.
• Shape the roadmap: Define the product direction alongside public health and product leaders.
• Recruit & lead: Build a lean, mission-driven tech team.
• Ground-level impact: Work directly in Northeast India (Guwahati, Agartala, Shillong) with communities, ensuring our tech is culturally relevant.
• Grow into CTO as the company scales.
  

Who You Are:

• Educational background from Tier I, II institution (IIT/IIM/BITS)
• A technologist + builder with experience in AI/ML/NLP (academic or product)
• Proven track record of building scalable digital products.
• Strong full-stack and systems thinking capability.
• Entrepreneurial grit: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and zero-to-one execution.
• Experiment & Hustle is the key than over analysis.
• Excellent problem - solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Above all: You care about solving real-world problems at scale.

• PhD or advanced research in AI/ML or biomedical informatics.
• Willingness to co-invest (optional) for higher equity.
• Open to relocate/travel to Northeast India, to engage with local stakeholders
