Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the

  health strategy & vision

  , ensuring we remain focused on prevention and wellness.
• Act as the

  medical credibility leader

  for users, partners, and institutions.
• Create and validate

  evidence-based educational content

  on NCD prevention & lifestyle health.
• Guide our

  AI health companion

  , ensuring accuracy, ethics, and safety.
• Design

  risk assessment tools, lifestyle change programs, and scalable interventions.

• Build networks with

  public health institutions, NGOs, wellness businesses, and government programs.

• Ensure

  compliance with ethics and health guidelines

  , setting clear boundaries between awareness vs diagnosis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:

  MBBS (Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine / Lifestyle Medicine), Epidemiology, or equivalent background.
• Master of Public Health, Clinical Nutrition, or Research in Public health.

• Experience:

  5+ years in

  public health, NCD prevention, wellness programs, or health education

  .
• Track record in

  designing/implementing preventive health initiatives

  (digital or community).
• Exposure to

  consumer health, NGOs, or health tech

  is a plus.

• Mindset:

• Passion for

  prevention and lifestyle medicine

  .
• Ability to

  simplify medical concepts

  for everyday people.

• Entrepreneurial spirit

  — willing to build from scratch with an

  equity-first model (salary later)

  .
• Strong

  network in health institutions/NGOs/wellness sector

  is a plus.
