We Are Hiring: Technical Business Development- Backend Operations (0–1 Year Experience)

Location: Sahya, Govt. Cyberpark, Calicut

Industry: Physical Security / ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS)

Role Overview

• Support the sales team by preparing technical proposals and quotations,
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather product details, pricing, and solution inputs.
• Assist in responding to RFI / RFQ / RFP documents with accurate and timely submissions.
• Maintain and update the CRM with leads, follow-up status, and client interactions.
• Assist in lead qualification, background research, and preparing client-specific presentations.

Technical & Documentation Tasks

• Prepare pricing sheets and material lists, and system architecture inputs as guided by the technical team.
• Review basic drawings andsite details, and documentation
• Ensure all documents follow company formats, branding guidelines, and submission deadlines.

Coordination

• Act as the coordination point between internal teams: sales, technical, procurement, and management.
• Follow up on vendor pricing, product availability, and technical clarifications.
• Support project handover documentation after order confirmation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Masters degree in business or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CS/IT) or any technical diploma with relevant knowledge.
• Good understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Networking) or willingness to learn.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and convert them into clear proposals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, BOQ preparation, or tender documentation.
• Prior internship/experience in technical support, sales support, or ELV industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,487.61 - ₹28,309.91 per month
