Technical Business Analyst - Pre-Sales

As a Technical Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) at Matellio, you will play a crucial role in the IT services domain with your 3-7 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the pre-sales process, collaborating closely with the sales and delivery teams, and engaging with clients to transform their business requirements into actionable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading pre-sales estimations by analyzing client inputs, coordinating with the Delivery VP to ensure alignment, feasibility, and commercial viability. You will actively engage with clients during discovery calls to understand their business needs, draft feature lists, workflows, and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and create customized proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs). Additionally, you will work closely with design and content teams to develop mockups and wireframes, manage the pre-sales process end-to-end, and facilitate the handover to the delivery team. In terms of CRM management and reporting, you will be responsible for maintaining opportunity tracking and forecasting using HubSpot CRM, updating deal status, and communicating risks effectively. Your role will also involve coordinating with sales and delivery teams to ensure the health of the pipeline. To excel in this role, you should have 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services or product engineering field, preferably with a focus on pre-sales activities. You must possess strong skills in requirements gathering, estimation, costing, and proposal writing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Figma, HubSpot CRM, and AI-driven solutions.
