This job is provided by apna.co Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Associate with experience in property valuation using Vendor+. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Civil Engineering (BE) or have completed 12th + Diploma in Civil or Construction-related disciplines. This role involves conducting site inspections, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring accurate data entry and analysis through Vendor+.Key Responsibilities:Conduct physical site inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Perform valuation of properties in accordance with market standards using Vendor+ platform.Prepare and review valuation reports with accuracy and consistency.Collect relevant market data (sale/resale rates, rental values, construction cost trends, etc.).Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.Ensure compliance with company guidelines, client requirements, and statutory regulations.Handle multiple assignments and deliver within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).Required Qualifications:Education:Option 1: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)Option 2: 12th + Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

0–3 years of experience in property valuation or related fieldMust have working experience with Vendor+ (mandatory)Skills & Competencies:Good understanding of property valuation principles and methodsProficient in using Vendor+ and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWillingness to travel for field inspections as requiredPreferred:Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory normsExperience in working with banks or NBFCs on valuation projectsBasic AutoCAD skills (optional)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: As per industry standardsExperience Level: Entry to Junior LevelTravel Requirement: Yes – Field visits involved
