We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-aware Technical Assistant to support our CIO / Head of IT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment and can handle a mix of executive coordination, strategic project support, communication management, and cross-functional liaison tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering & Thought Enablement
Serve as a strategic extension of the CIO, helping translate vision into action and aligning priorities across the technology organization.
Participate in key leadership meetings, ensuring that insights, risks, and actions are clearly captured and followed through.
Anticipate business needs, emerging issues, and opportunities for CIO engagement proactively shaping focus areas, and follow-ups.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Draft high-impact communications, executive presentations, and positioning materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Shape the narrative and rhythm for the Office of the CIO including IT Leadership meetings, Town Halls, ExCom briefings, Audits and strategic reviews.
Act as an interface with enterprise leadership, vendors, partners, and critical internal forums.
Track progress and outcomes of high-impact IT programs, digital transformation efforts, and technology innovation streams.
Track key action items, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain CIO office documentation.
Governance & Strategic Program Oversight
Support or represent the CIO in select cross-functional steering committees, innovation forums, or digital governance councils.
Track and monitor the progress of top-priority initiatives, help escalate risks and surface decisions.
Help manage intake of strategic topics, ensuring time and focus are spent on the most value-creating areas.
Organizational Effectiveness & Operating Model Support
Partner with IT leadership, Strategy and Transformation Office to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technology roadmaps.
Assist in cascading priorities, communicating key messages, and driving alignment across business units and geographies.
Help shape the operating cadence, KPIs, and internal communications for the IT organization.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field).
6+ years of experience in a project coordination or delivery role, ideally supporting senior IT or technology leaders.
Experience in navigating matrixed, global, or enterprise environments with high visibility and influence.

Technology-savvy with awareness of emerging trends (AI, digital platforms, cloud, data governance, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
