Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with service engineers working in the field. Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues. Act as a point of contact between customers and the service team. Maintain and update data using MS Excel and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor field operations and ensure timely service delivery. Provide virtual assistance and technical coordination as required. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering. Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. Good communication skills (both verbal and written). Basic working knowledge of MS Excel. Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
