Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Assistant located in Trivandrum. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, offering assistance with troubleshooting, and addressing customer service inquiries. The role involves daily tasks such as analyzing technical issues, ensuring effective communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records of technical support activities. Qualifications Experience in providing Technical Assistance and Technical Support Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction Ability to work efficiently on-site in Trivandrum Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus Proficiency in using technical support software and tools
